Dr. Edward "Gus" Gustavson, M.D., F.A.A.P., is a specialist in developmental pediatrics, dedicated to providing much-needed care to children in the Tulsa region and throughout the state of Oklahoma.Dr. Gus, a graduate of Harvard Medical School, is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and has been practicing developmental medicine for much of his career. He evaluates and treats children who have autism, ADHD, Asperger’s, cerebral palsy, ADD, spectrum disorders, developmental delay, delayed speech, delayed walking, sensory problems, DAMP syndrome, PDD, Down Syndrome, mental retardation and other developmental problems.Dr. Gus grew up in Chicago, Illinois, graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota, then Harvard Medical School in Boston. He has worked with thousands of children over his forty years in pediatrics, and is one of the most requested specialists in developmental medicine in the region.Dr. Gus is beloved by the children he sees (as well as their parents), and is the recent winner of a Patient’s Choice award.
